Strategy Session
The first step in any face to face program or to experience what is possible in your life, I highly recommend a Strategy session of 2 hours.

The 2-hour strategy session allow us both to connect to a greater understand of you. Your dreams, hopes, goals and limitations.
If every action has an equal and opposite reaction, I know that through this discussion, I can find the source of your issues and turn your personal performance around very quickly. This then sets a very personal and powerful base for us to start a program with.
One Hour Session Per Month
I am hoping this does not need to much explaining!
From the Stuart Supported program you get direct access with me at the rate shown.
You will receive 30 mins a month in a group environment to 4 sessions a month exclusively with me to really focus on you in the Premium plans and programs.
In the group environment, this is more interactive with guiding you through the resources and tools you have access to. We will also be answering a lot of general questions. If you need to have confidential and specific answers, we can find ways to make this happen for you.
For the premium programs, we work, face to face, on Skype or Zoom and these can be recorded. Each session will be a review of changes, a decision on the step we take that day and then the application, either with Hypnosis, NLP, visualisation, more talking and possibly homework and interactive questioning.
This is not a one size fits all, I guarantee you will get more specific support from me than you expect.
Email Support
Simple really, if you need me, email me and if you are on a Competitive Edge program or Premium, then I will respond as soon as I can.
You may have limited emails noted… and it is really not, I will support you as much as I can. If typing is going to take too long, we set up a call or bring your next session forward. Email is just those moments when you need clarification or an explanation of the processing you may be noticing.
Phone Support
If you have the relevant subscription and if you need me, set up a call and let’s do it!
I will respond as soon as I can, if it is urgent, message me and I will get back to you as soon as I can without booking a call. There are times in an Athlete’s or Entrepreneur’s life when you just need to talk or have a quick ‘tazer session’ (short, sharp and powerful) before competing… or a meeting/ presentation.
You may have limited calls noted… it is really not, I will support you as much as I can. If you start abusing the ‘appropriate level’ of calls, I will talk to you, get you to upgrade or deal with the lack of ownership issues.
Time is also limited in these calls, so the fluffy chats about how you day is and the weather is not required. I am a result’s driven specialist and I can deliver in 10 mins what others do in 2 hours. Get ready for a direct and challenging response if needed, or a caring and nurturing one if appropriate.
Personal Recordings
At $150 for 1 and $220 for 2 individual 30-minute hypnosis recordings, this is a steal for you if you have a premium program as they are now integrated into the monthly price.
At the Premium Program level, you get these as much as you need, and you can record the individual sessions as they progress. Listening to these a few times will deliver a very powerful result.
Recordings are perfect to travel with, great to sleep to and great for long term changes and goal setting. When you have one of these, you have me in your ear 24/7.
I can not over sell this section… I create all my own recordings for myself and the results have led to everything you see me having achieved and created.
Onsite Support
Walking around a course with a golfer, with a sprinter moments before a National final, times in the locker room with a team… what is this worth to you?
When a National Champion drops his PB by 8% in 2 months… he had me at the track for that last minute relax, top up and technical
race plan to be dropped straight into his automatic zone (the unconscious mind). Working with you on the pool deck, in the starting lane, in the pits as you climb into you race car, sitting under a tree watching you surf or on the sidelines in tennis… this is my mobile office and this is open and available to you as a valued member.
Same- same with entrepreneurs, in a meeting, before a presentation before going live on a worldwide launch… I can be there with you and yes, even overseas if that is what you want… additional costs may be involved for that.
It is these moments when I absorb the environment and learn so much more about your ‘stage’ these are the moments that great results happen.
Coach and Family Support
A nervous coach, an apprehensive parent, both recipes for potential failure. At the Premium levels, I am available to also work with your support team, to meet with them to understand how they are affecting you and by educating them and even dealing with their emotional games. Even by outlining what work
we have done and how best to communicate with you, it frees you the athlete or entrepreneur up to do what we have been working toward.
So many times, I have seen people in the best physical and emotional state fail because of those around them, if you have a connection and no matter how much you say you are right and not worried, energies transfer and results shift.
